Content Policy

Purpose

This Content Policy explains what customers may and may not submit to TransitPosters. It applies to uploaded images, written prompts, poster titles, names, credits, taglines, special messages, customer notes, reviews, testimonial photos, and any other content provided through the service.

Customer Rights And Permissions

You must own, control, or have written permission to use every image, likeness, name, phrase, logo, design element, story, and other material you submit. By submitting content, you represent that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Prohibited Intellectual Property

• No copyrighted movie titles, television shows, characters, posters, scenes, scripts, or franchise elements unless you have permission.
• No logos, brands, trademarks, trade dress, product packaging, studio names, sports teams, school marks, or protected organizational marks unless you have permission.
• No celebrity likenesses, public figures, athlete likenesses, influencer likenesses, voice references, or impersonation without permission.
• No requests that ask TransitPosters to recreate an existing poster, album cover, advertisement, brand campaign, or protected work in a confusingly similar way.
• No content that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with a third party when none exists.

Prohibited Safety Content

• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
• Hateful, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or extremist content.
• Graphic violence, gore, exploitation, self-harm encouragement, or content celebrating real-world harm.
• Sexually explicit, adult, exploitative, non-consensual, or intimate content.
• Defamatory statements, doxxing, invasion of privacy, or content intended to humiliate or target a private person.
• Fraudulent, misleading, impersonating, or deceptive content.

AI-Assisted Creative Limits

TransitPosters may use AI-assisted tools and manual review to create artwork. We will not knowingly use AI tools to create prohibited intellectual property, illegal content, harmful content, or content that violates this policy. We may modify prompts, reject requests, or require alternative direction to keep orders compliant.

Private People And Likeness Rights

If you upload a photo or request artwork featuring another person, you are responsible for having permission to use that person's likeness. Do not submit private, sensitive, embarrassing, or exploitative images of another person without consent.

Text, Names, Credits, And Claims

Customer-provided text must be lawful and accurate. Do not submit defamatory statements, false claims, fake endorsements, protected brand names, misleading credits, or content that suggests association with a real movie studio, celebrity, brand, sports team, employer, or organization without permission.

Review And Enforcement

• TransitPosters may review customer submissions manually or through automated tools.
• We may reject, cancel, modify, or request changes to any order that appears to violate this policy.
• We may remove reviews, testimonial photos, or public examples that violate this policy or create legal, safety, privacy, reputational, or operational risk.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension, cancellation, or refusal of future service.

No Legal Clearance Service

TransitPosters does not provide legal clearance, trademark clearance, copyright analysis, publicity-rights clearance, or permission verification for customer content. Customers are responsible for obtaining permissions and determining whether their intended use is lawful.
