Refund Policy
How TransitPosters handles deposits, cancellations, custom product refunds, damaged prints, reprints, defects, shipping issues, and chargebacks.

Custom Product Policy
TransitPosters creates custom artwork and physical printed products based on customer instructions, uploads, and order details. Because each order is personalized and made for a specific customer, custom products are generally non-refundable once design work, production, printing, or fulfillment has begun.
Deposits
- Design deposits may be required before custom design work begins.
- Deposits are non-refundable after design work begins, except where required by law or expressly approved by TransitPosters.
- If an order is rejected by TransitPosters before design work begins, we may refund or cancel the deposit at our discretion.
Customer Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible. We may approve cancellation before design work, printing, or fulfillment begins. Once a proof is in progress, a design has been delivered, a print has entered production, or a shipment has been created, cancellation may not be available.
No Refund For Subjective Dissatisfaction
Custom poster design is subjective. Customer dissatisfaction alone, including a preference for a different style, pose, mood, layout, color interpretation, AI-assisted result, or creative direction, does not guarantee a refund. We may offer revisions or other support at our discretion and according to the stage of the order.
Damaged Prints And Printing Defects
- Damaged prints may qualify for replacement if reported promptly with clear photos of the packaging, damage, shipping label, and print.
- Printing defects may qualify for reprint after review. Examples may include severe ink issues, major misalignment, wrong product, or production errors outside normal manufacturing tolerance.
- Minor color differences, small trimming variations, paper texture, expected finish differences, and normal carrier handling are not automatically considered defects.
- TransitPosters may require return of damaged or defective items before replacement.
Lost Or Delayed Shipments
Delivery dates are estimates. TransitPosters is not responsible for carrier delays. Lost shipments are handled according to carrier policies and investigation outcomes. If a carrier confirms a shipment is lost, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed delivery, loss, return, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Digital Previews And Color Variation
Digital previews are not final printed products. Screen settings, device displays, lighting, paper, ink, finish, and printing processes may cause colors and details to appear different in the physical product. These differences do not automatically qualify for refund.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, contact us first at support@transitposters.com. Chargeback abuse, false disputes, or attempts to keep custom work without payment may result in account termination, order cancellation, collection activity, and refusal of future service.
How To Request Support
Refund, replacement, or reprint requests should be sent to support@transitposters.com with your order number, photos if applicable, and a clear description of the issue. We review requests case by case.
