Agreement To Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TransitPosters, including our website, account features, custom poster request process, digital previews, physical print fulfillment, review features, and related services. By using TransitPosters, creating an account, submitting an order, uploading content, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TransitPosters. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.

Eligibility And Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place orders or create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account, order, payment, and shipping information and to update it when needed.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, submit prohibited content, abuse chargebacks, or create operational, legal, or safety risk.

Custom Poster Orders

TransitPosters creates custom artwork based on customer-provided photos, text, themes, instructions, and order details. Each order is made for the specific customer and is not a mass-market stock product.

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, titles, messages, spelling, uploaded images, shipping details, and other submitted information. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer submissions.

• Design outcomes may vary from your expectations, examples, mockups, or references.
• Digital previews are approximations and may differ from final printed products.
• Colors, contrast, cropping, texture, paper finish, scale, and perceived sharpness may vary between screens and physical prints.
• Printed products may include minor manufacturing, trimming, alignment, color, paper, packaging, or carrier handling variations that are normal for custom printed goods.

AI-Assisted Artwork

TransitPosters may use artificial intelligence tools, design software, human editing, and manual review to create or refine poster artwork. AI-assisted output can be unpredictable and may differ from customer instructions or subjective expectations.

You understand that we do not guarantee exact visual results, exact likeness recreation, exact style matching, or that any design will meet every subjective preference.

Customer Uploads And Instructions

You represent that you own, control, or have all rights and permissions needed for any image, name, text, likeness, story, mark, or other material you submit. You grant TransitPosters permission to use submitted materials to provide the service, create previews and prints, communicate with you, process orders, and support the order lifecycle.

• Do not submit copyrighted movies, television characters, logos, brands, trademarks, celebrity likenesses, sports teams, protected characters, studio names, or other protected intellectual property unless you have documented permission.
• Do not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, defamatory, sexually explicit, adult, exploitative, invasive, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not submit private images of another person without their permission.
• TransitPosters may reject, cancel, modify, or refuse any order or upload at our discretion.

Intellectual Property And License

TransitPosters retains all rights in its website, software, branding, workflows, templates, service structure, trade dress, text, graphics, and platform materials. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit the TransitPosters platform or branding.

After full payment, you receive a personal-use license to the final purchased poster for personal display, gifting, and non-commercial use. Commercial use, resale, merchandising, advertising, or promotional use requires written permission or a separate commercial rights agreement.

Unless you opt out in writing, TransitPosters may display completed designs, order examples, testimonials, and related imagery in portfolios, social media, advertising, and website galleries. Featured customer reviews and customer-submitted review photos are only displayed when approved and when the customer grants feature permission.

Payments, Deposits, And Chargebacks

• Payment may be required before production, design, printing, or shipping begins.
• Design deposits become non-refundable once design work begins, except where required by law or expressly approved by TransitPosters.
• Final payment may be required before printing, fulfillment, or shipment.
• Prices, deposits, taxes, shipping fees, and available products may change at any time before purchase.
• Chargeback abuse, false disputes, payment fraud, or attempts to receive custom work without payment may result in order cancellation, account termination, collection activity, or restriction from future service.

Shipping And Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. TransitPosters is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs issues, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, theft after delivery, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be your responsibility.

Reviews And Testimonials

Customers may submit reviews and photos after receiving completed orders. Reviews may be moderated, edited for formatting, rejected, or withheld from public display. Reviews are not public by default.

If you opt into featuring your review and photo, you grant TransitPosters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote the review, photo, name or initials, poster title, and related testimonial content on our website, social media, marketing materials, and portfolio pages.

Service Changes And Termination

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of TransitPosters at any time, including products, pricing, features, policies, order workflows, review features, and fulfillment partners. We may terminate or restrict access to accounts or orders that violate these Terms or create legal, payment, security, or operational risk.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransitPosters and its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for damages arising from subjective dissatisfaction, shipping delays, platform interruptions, third-party services, customer-submitted content, or misuse of purchased products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TransitPosters from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party's rights, your payment dispute abuse, or your violation of law.

Governing Law And Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where TransitPosters maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
